Yes — we work with clients across India and internationally. Our core team is based in Tamil Nadu, India (IST) but we use async-friendly communication tools and are flexible with timezone overlap. We currently have clients in the UK, UAE, and South-East Asia.

Most projects are fixed-price with clear milestones — this protects you from scope creep surprises. Ongoing managed services (hosting, maintenance, marketing) are billed as monthly retainers. We'll always agree on the number before work starts and get it in writing.

Every project includes a 30-day post-launch support window at no extra cost. After that, we offer monthly maintenance retainers that cover updates, security patches, backups, and a dedicated support channel. Many clients stay on for years — we think of it as a long-term partnership.

Absolutely — in fact it's one of our most common onboarding paths. We'll do a thorough audit of your current setup, document everything, and create a handover plan. You won't need to deal with the outgoing vendor directly; we handle the transition.
