1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or engaging TekyTec IT Solutions for any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into agreements, and accept these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses our website or services.

2. Our Services

TekyTec IT Solutions provides a range of technology services including but not limited to:

• Web design and development
• Mobile application development
• Digital marketing and SEO
• Web hosting and domain management
• Graphic design and branding
• DevOps and cloud infrastructure
• IT consulting and managed IT support

The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work agreed upon by both parties.

3. Engagements & Agreements

All service engagements are formalised through a written agreement, proposal, or purchase order that outlines the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Work begins only after both parties have confirmed the agreement. Any changes to scope must be agreed in writing and may affect cost and timeline. Verbal instructions or informal requests do not constitute a binding change to the scope.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Generally:

• An advance payment is required before work commences (typically 50% of the project fee)
• Remaining payments are due at milestones or upon project delivery as agreed
• Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise stated
• Late payments may result in work being paused until outstanding amounts are settled
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as specifically agreed in writing

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, TekyTec IT Solutions assigns to the client all rights to the final deliverables created specifically for that client, including custom code, designs, and content. The following exceptions apply:

• Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or proprietary methodologies we use remain our property or that of their respective owners
• Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) are subject to their own licences
• We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing

6. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver services effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, content, and feedback as required
• Designate a primary point of contact for project communication
• Respond to requests for approval or input within a reasonable timeframe (typically 3–5 business days)
• Ensure any content, materials, or assets provided to us do not infringe third-party rights
• Keep login credentials and access details secure

Delays caused by the client may result in revised timelines and additional charges.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. TekyTec IT Solutions will not disclose client business information, data, or strategies to third parties without consent, except as required by law. Clients agree to keep our pricing, proposals, and internal processes confidential. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TekyTec IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for losses resulting from factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party platform outages, cyber-attacks, or client-side errors.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice. Upon termination:

• The client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of termination at the agreed rate
• Any advance payments already made are non-refundable for work already performed
• All deliverables completed and paid for will be provided to the client
• We reserve the right to immediately suspend services for non-payment or breach of these Terms

10. Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or disruptive content
• Reproduce or distribute any website content without our written permission

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at our discretion without notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably in the first instance by contacting us directly.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
